CoE Dashboard
Status overview of the current exam event: applications, hall tickets, attendance, marks entry, and results at a glance.

Exam Regulations
Regulations (e.g. R2021) with passing rules, grade bands, and credit rules that every exam event inherits.

Exam Events & Applications
An exam event is one sitting (e.g. Nov/Dec 2026). Create the event, open applications, and approve student exam applications with fees.

Eligibility Check
Attendance/fee-based eligibility screening; ineligible students are blocked from hall tickets.

Hall Tickets & Nominal Roll
Generate and print hall tickets for eligible applicants; the nominal roll is the official candidate register per subject.

Exam Schedule & Seating
Timetable the exam sittings, then generate hall-wise seating arrangements.

Invigilation & QP Distribution
Assign invigilators per hall/sitting and track question-paper distribution.

Exam Attendance & UFM
Mark candidate attendance per sitting; record unfair-means (malpractice) cases with evidence and outcomes.

Answer Scripts, Marking & Moderation
Track answer scripts through dummy numbering, on-screen marking (OSM), moderation, and revaluation requests.

Results & Arrears
Compute grades, publish results to students, and maintain the arrear register for carried papers.
